I agree. So much of atheism is strident, born of frustration. It's preaching to the choir, so to speak. Hostile criticism of religion could perhaps be justified on the grounds that - because of their huge influence over believers - they must be destroyed or deactivated before any progress can made. I don't agree, and think there is a better way forward.
